Bill Bram's Hockey Development Camp

Fall Conditioning Camp – Week 2 – Aug 18-22

You’ve had a great summer, and you’re looking forward to the coming 2024-2025 hockey season, and you want to be prepared. This is the perfect time to get ready!

Join Bill for 5 days of intense training that will include skill development with a dash of fun!

These sessions will focus on shooting, stick handling, battle drills, and puck protection. Working on better habits during games.
Each day of on-ice will consist of:
45 minute
Drills, shooting, stick handling, battle drills, puck protection. For older groups, we will touch on body checking. How to take and give a hit, body positioning.

1 Hour
4 on 4 game with push-ups for bad habits—this is where you learn the proper habits to make you a better player.

1 – not giving puck away, always control
2 – busting your butt to and from bench
3 – proper angling when fore-checking, no big circles. They stop you stop!
4 – staying at net after shot for rebound and not going for a big skate
5 – work on defensive play and positioning in defensive zone with and without the puck
You will earn a great workout and will learn what tryout evaluators want to see.

This camp will get you ready for tryouts.
