  • Format:
    • 30 minutes of skills training
    • 1-hour 4-on-4 game (with push-ups for bad habits!)
  • Accountability Rule:
    • 30 minutes focused on skill development, conditioning, battle skills and puck protection. 1 hour 4 on 4 game with push-ups when players lose focus and make mental mistakes:
1 – not giving puck away, always control
2 – busting your butt to and from bench
3 – proper angling when fore-checking, no big circles. They stop you stop!
4 – staying at net after shot for rebound and not going for a big skate
5 – work on defensive play and positioning in defensive zone with and without the puck
6 – bad angling, always force opponent to the board
    • Passing to the wrong team or giving the puck away? 5 push-ups!
    • Focus on control and making every pass count.

August Hockey Camps

  • August 11-14: Midget & older (2010 & older)
  • August 18-22: Younger kids (2014-2010)

Once the schedule and groups are confirmed, I’ll post updates on bramhockey.com.
